Terms of Service
Last updated: August 31, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Alessia Solenva Manager (“the Application”), a desktop application designed to help users organize, prepare, and manage social media content.
By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the Application.
1. Description of the Application
Alessia Solenva Manager is a desktop content-management and preparation tool. It may provide features for organizing media files, preparing captions and other publication information, managing content schedules, and connecting with supported third-party social media platforms.
The availability of specific features may depend on the platform, the user’s configuration, and the applicable third-party authorization and API requirements.
2. Third-Party Services
The Application may integrate with third-party services, including social media platforms such as TikTok and YouTube.
When a user chooses to connect a third-party account, the user authorizes the relevant third-party service according to that service’s own authorization flow and terms.
Third-party services are independent from Alessia Solenva Manager. Their availability, functionality, policies, API requirements, and terms may change independently.
Users are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, community guidelines, copyright requirements, and other rules applicable to any third-party platform they use through the Application.
3. User Content
Users remain responsible for all content they create, import, store, or publish using the Application, including videos, images, captions, hashtags, and other materials.
Users must have all rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations necessary to use and publish their content.
The Application does not grant users any ownership rights over third-party platforms, trademarks, or content belonging to other parties.
4. Account Authorization
Where a third-party integration requires authorization, the user must complete the authorization process provided by the relevant service.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and for authorizing only integrations they trust.
Alessia Solenva Manager does not ask users to provide their third-party account passwords directly to the Application.
5. Local Application and Storage
Alessia Solenva Manager is designed to operate locally on the user’s computer.
Depending on the features used, information such as content records, captions, schedules, settings, and locally selected media may be stored on the user’s device.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their local files and application data.
6. Publishing and Scheduling
Where supported and authorized, the Application may assist users in preparing or sending content to third-party platforms.
The user remains responsible for reviewing content and confirming publication actions.
Third-party platforms may impose their own limits, review processes, privacy settings, publication restrictions, or other requirements.
A successful request from the Application does not guarantee that a third-party platform will publish, process, distribute, or retain the content.
7. Prohibited Use
Users must not use the Application:
- To violate applicable laws or regulations.
- To infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- To distribute unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, or harmful content.
- To circumvent security, access controls, API restrictions, or platform safeguards.
- To abuse, overload, or interfere with third-party services.
- To automate activity that is prohibited by the applicable third-party platform.
- To impersonate another person or organization.
8. Application Updates
The Application may be updated, modified, improved, or discontinued at any time.
Changes may be necessary to maintain compatibility with operating systems, third-party APIs, security requirements, or platform policies.
Third-party APIs and services may also change or become unavailable without notice.
9. Availability
The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alessia Solenva Manager and its operators shall not be liable for losses resulting from third-party platform outages, API changes, account restrictions, publication failures, content removal, platform policy enforcement, or other actions taken by third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the Application, its integrations, legal requirements, or other relevant circumstances.
The updated version will be published on this page together with the applicable update date.
